The bandas at Beho Beho are spacious stone-and-thatch cottages, completely rebuilt between 2004 and 2006. At seven degrees south of the equator, every design decision was made with airflow in mind: the main suite area has no front wall, opening entirely onto the verandah and the view beyond.
Each banda features a king-size mosquito-netted bed, a Zanzibari day bed, a writing bureau complete with postcards, Persian-style carpets, and a tripod-mounted telescope for private game spotting from your own verandah.
In 2019, a private plunge pool and sun deck were added alongside every banda, allowing guests to enjoy a cooling dip while watching wildlife in complete seclusion.
